Nature is my source of strength. I find there I find many opportunities to move, because as long as we move, we live!
For this reason, I carry out my various sporting activities outdoors in the nature. This includes jogging, outdoor workouts or something relaxing, like Yin Yoga.
It keeps fascinating me to experience how body, soul and spirit are one. What I like about my work is that with my knowledge I can help many people to feel better.
